MAT Partnership Network Conference 2022

Half term… Time to reflect, audit and plan for the next one! One of the highlights for me was attending the Multi Academy Trust Partnership Network conference as a guest of John Murphy, CEO of Oasis Community. In the same room were key stakeholders (150) directors and CEOs of academy trusts from around the UK. Top of the agenda was how to introduce an anti-racist approach within our schools and how trusts stay accountable. It will be interesting to see the journey of other schools/academies that are in the process of positive change. At Oasis Community Learning, I’m proud to be in a national role as Anti RacistCurriculum advocate striving to make continuous improvements and educational change across our 52 academies to decolonise the curriculum.
