Manifesting My Vision Board: Reflections on #RENDLDN2024

A massive thank you to Nadine Bernard and Ethan Bernard for inviting me to represent Aspiring Heads at the #RENDLDN2024 London Racial Equity Networking Event.

Last night, I had the incredible opportunity to manifest a key section of my vision board, standing in the same room as some of my greatest heroes and role models in education. The energy was truly electric, and the experience left me inspired and empowered to continue striving for leadership and equity in education.

A big shoutout to the incredible leaders I had the honor of meeting:

David Hermitt

Diana Osagie

Your work has inspired me throughout my teaching career, from my days as an NQT to where I stand today. You’ve shown me that representation in leadership is not just aspirational—it’s a powerful force for meaningful change in education.

A special thanks to Ann Palmer FCCT and Sufian Sadiq for hosting such a high-vibrational event. Your leadership and commitment to equity set the stage for transformative conversations and connections.

Lastly, big respect to my brothers Ziggy Moore and Ethan Bernard, real pioneers and advocates for educational change. Your dedication to creating opportunities for others is truly inspiring, and I’m proud to walk this journey alongside you.

Let’s keep leading equality.
