It was an honour to be part of Aspiring Heads Cohort 4. The programme was aimed at helping aspiring black leaders to establish a compelling vision and how to uphold their values in leadership. Big up to my idols Professor Paul Miller, Adrian McLean, Alison Kriel, Evelyn Forde MBE Tubatsi Moloi, Nadine Bernard BA NPQH FCCT and Ethan Bernard for their unapologetic reflections relating to their journey towards headship.
